Lower Mill Estate is an award-winning development of luxury sustainable vacation homes in a 550-acre Cotswolds reserve. With several new properties about to hit the market and a growing trend in ‘staycationing’, The design brief was to raise the estate’s profile and generate
new enquiries.
We first refined the look and feel of the brand so it would stand out in the luxury sector without losing any of its existing equity. Our creative direction was inspired by the design of the properties – modern, elegant and high-end. We then planned a year-long campaign in target national publications to develop brand awareness and generate interest. We also developed a new, feature-rich website which allows visitors to explore the estate virtually.
