As a leading multinational company, networking giant Cisco prides itself on its commitment to sustainable business practices.
However, although the company enjoys substantial external recognition of its contribution to sustainability, its initiatives were not widely known among Cisco employees.
Our brief was to communicate Cisco’s sustainability initiatives to staff within EMEAR, and to encourage employees to contribute. We created an umbrella brand – OneFuture – under which all sustainability communications now sit.
Central to this is the OneFuture social platform that we developed for the Cisco intranet. As a result, more than 100 employees have joined the OneFuture intranet community, and this number continues to grow with every new piece of activity.
The brand and messaging were incorporated into the OneFuture launch materials comprising a teaser campaign and two short videos – one for executives and one for staff.
